The service
Closer is an AI sales-training tool: you roleplay sales calls against an AI prospect and get coaching feedback. The prospects and the coaching are generated by AI — they are for practice, not professional advice, and no outcome on a real call is guaranteed.
Accounts & credits
You need an account; keep your credentials to yourself and use the service lawfully. Paid features run on credits: subscriptions grant credits monthly (yearly plans grant the full year upfront) and top-up packs grant them once. Credits never expire, are tied to your account, and aren't transferable or redeemable for cash. Prices and per-action costs are shown on the billing screen before you buy — payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing portal — you keep the credits already granted. We may close accounts that abuse the service (fraud, abuse of referral bonuses, attacks on the platform).
Refunds
Unused top-up packs and first subscription payments can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email [email protected]. Credits already spent on calls can't be refunded: each call consumes paid AI compute the moment it runs.
What the product stores
We store what the product needs and nothing more:
- your email and account data;
- your business profile, offers and saved leads — you control these, so put in only what you're comfortable practising with;
- call transcripts, scores and coaching feedback, which are your training history;
- your credit ledger and subscription status — never your card number, which stays with Stripe.
To run the product, data passes through our processors: Supabase (accounts and database), Anthropic (the AI prospect and coach), ElevenLabs and Google (voice), Stripe (payments) and Railway (hosting). We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising. Voice audio is processed to run the call and not kept as recordings — transcripts are what's stored.
Nothing you do on Closer is public: your training history is never shown to other users. Our support team can open an account, including its call transcripts, when we need to investigate a problem, a billing question or abuse. Those accesses are logged.
What the website itself collects
Nothing that measures you runs until you say yes. On your first visit the site asks, and until you answer, the only thing stored is the answer itself. Rejecting is one click, the same as accepting, and you can change your mind from in the footer of any page.
If you turn analytics on, we record which pages were viewed and when, against a random ID generated in your browser that means nothing anywhere else. We store the host that referred you — that a link came from Reddit, not which thread — because the full address is your browsing history. We do not store your IP address, your user agent, or any device fingerprint, and there is no way for us to turn this data back into a person.
If you turn attribution on, the campaign or link that brought you here is kept and attached to your account if you later sign up. This is first-party only: we do not track you across other websites, we do not buy data about you, and we do not use fingerprinting or cross-site identity services.
Your consent decisions are recorded — what you chose, when, and against which version of this page — because a withdrawal has to be as provable as the original agreement. That record contains no IP address and no user agent.
If you write to us through the question box, your address is used to reply to you. The separate tick-box next to it is the only thing that adds you to anything else, it is never pre-ticked, and you get an answer whether or not you tick it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we'll remove your account and its data. If you're in the EU, the UK, Canada or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you have these rights by statute; we apply them to everyone regardless of where you are.
