A credit is one unit of talking. A prospect reply costs 2, the coach report at the end costs 10, a minute of live voice costs 10. A normal text drill lands around 22 credits — which is why the tiers are quoted in drills above rather than making you do the division.
Every drill costs us real money the moment you start talking — the prospect and the coach are both live models. 100 free credits is enough to find out whether this works for you, and it is deliberately not enough to use forever. We would rather say that than run a free tier we have to quietly degrade later.
There is no team tier in the list above, because there isn't one in the billing system: a seat today is a Pro account, one per rep. Seats you administer, a pooled wallet and a manager view are all still ahead of us.
